The original farmhouse was damaged during a fire, which exposed the original paintwork under all the layers of enamel paint.

Together with the architect we re-created something close to the original ;
hand painted dado designs running along  painted panels with marbling .

 

Doors and shutters were all wood grained to look like yellowwood.
